Herbal teas are made of kitchen herbs and spices like fennel, cumin, coriander, licorice, ginger, turmeric etc which are very safe to use even when you use it on daily basis. And all products are free from harmful chemicals, preservatives, artificial colours or taste enhancers.

Our products are based on Ayurvedic wisdom and Ayurvedic formulation time tested as an effective treatment for thousands of years. All products formulations find mention in our Ayurvedic books and texts.

Use of these herbs and herbal teas are backed by Ayurveda wisdom of 5000 years old. All products are well documented and safe when used as recommended. We also provide proper dosage instructions for your safety.

IF you are a woman and pregnant, lactating OR you are under medical supervision for some condition, you must consult your doctor before using our products.

Herbal products are generally safe when taken as advised., but we recommend confirming with your doctor. We also share the full ingredient list on product label for your physician’s review.

The herbal teas are ready-to-use and very easy-to-consume. Just one boil in the water and its ready to use. No need to add sugar or anything else. No complicated preparation needed.

When we process the order that you have placed with us, your products are thoroughly inspected to ensure that they are in a perfect condition. After the products have been subjected to inspection and quality check, we pack and handover your products to our logistic partner. Our logistic partner will then deliver the products to you at the earliest possibility. Please note that all products ordered by you will be shipped to you at the shipping address, provided by you at the time of placing your order, with an invoice. 

Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while our fragile products are safely secured with an additional layer of bubble wrap. We then package our products in cardboard boxes. After packaging, the products are then handed over to our logistic partners for completing the delivery at the shipping address provided by you. THE HERB SHOP hold the responsibility for any damages caused to the product in transit, after handing over to our logistic partner. 

We ship throughout India to almost all pin-codes. The list of pin-code serviceability might change from time to time depending on our logistics partners. You can check if we deliver to your shipping address by typing in your pin-code on any of our product pages by entering your shipping details on the checkout page. Although we have made all our efforts to ship to serviceable pin codes, however there may be few pin codes which may not be serviceable by our logistics service providers. User need to check his pin code at the time of placing the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate address and to check pin-code serviceability to receive products on time.

Once your order has been processed dispatched from our warehouse, you shall receive a confirmation email, on the email address provided by you at the time of placing your order with us, containing the details of the tracking number and the logistic partner that is processing your order. Alternatively, if you are a registered user, you can track your order by logging into the “My Account” section of our Website by using the username and password created at the time of your registration, and then clicking on the “Your Orders” tab to view your order details.

At the time of placing your order, depending on your shipping address, an estimated time of delivery would be shared with you. Usually an estimated time of delivery (after handing over products to our delivery partner) will be for A) Metro cities: 3–5 business days B) Tier 2/3 cities & rural areas: 5–10 business days. We will try its level best to make sure that you receive your order as fast as possible but due to certain external circumstances, your order might take a while longer to get delivered. However, THE HERB SHOP is not liable for any delay in delivery by our logistics partner. 

Our logistic partner will make sure to give you a call before delivering the product at the shipping address provided by you at the time of placing your order with us. Please make sure you are available to receive the calls.  If no one is available at the address when the delivery of your products is attempted, our logistic partner will make 2 (two) more delivery attempts subsequently.  If the aforementioned 3 delivery attempts are unsuccessful, our logistic partner will return your package to us.

In this case, when our logistic partner is unable to reach you at the shipping address or at the suitable time provided by you, then our logistic partner will make 2 (two) more delivery attempts subsequently. In this case you can contact our Customer Services hotline for rescheduling the delivery date and we shall try to accommodate your request to the best of our abilities.

Shipping and handling charges depends on product price, packaging size and other considerations. This amount will be charged to your total bill at the time of placing your order with us on the Website. Untill changed, a shipping and handling charge of  INR 75 will now be applicable on all orders below INR 499.

A) All deliveries where applicable shall be made on a best efforts basis, and while the Website will endeavor to deliver the Products on the dates intimated. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, postal services, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) and the THE HERB SHOP disclaims any claims or liabilities arising from any delay in this regard. 

B) If you refuse or fail to take delivery of Products provided in accordance with these Terms, any risk of loss or damage to the Products shall nonetheless pass on you and without prejudice to any other rights or remedies we have all rights to recover damages/ loss from you.

Cancellations will be considered only if the shipment has not been dispatched for the order placed with us via our website (www.theherbshop.in). Once the shipment has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may reject the package upon delivery, and we will initiate a refund after deducting applicable return shipping charges (if any).

All cancellation requests must be initiated within 4 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped, whichever happens first. If the order or the product that you want has not yet been shipped, you can write to our customer support on care@theherbshop.in for cancelling your order. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 2 – 5 days, after the cancellation request is processed.

A) If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or a transaction that defies the terms and conditions of using the Website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders with/ without providing any notification to you.

B) If item you ordered is not in stock or immediately available when you submit your order, the order is cancelled automatically and it will be eligible for refund a s per refund policy.

In case of cancellation before shipment or automatic cancellation, we process the refund within 2 – 5 business days after receiving your cancellation request. For payments done through credit/ debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made. In addition, you can keep this amount in your wallet, which can be used by you for your future purchases.

Due to the nature of herbal products, we do not accept Returns/ Replacements of herbal products if the product is opened or used after delivery of the product to the customer. WE DO NOT RESELL OR REPACK ANY PRODUCTS RETURNED BY A CUSTOMER IF IT IS OPENED OR USED. All orders placed on our website are eligible for Returns/ Replacements only in following conditions.

A) Product is damaged or tampered with during transit.

B) you have received a product that is different from what you had ordered.

C) Product is expired at the time of delivery.

D) Customer failed to cancell its order within stipulated time.

We takes due care to store and deliver products by partnering with leading best logistic providers in India to ensure that the products that you have ordered reach you in the best of conditions. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or return, following these conditions.

A) The product must be unused, unopened, and must reach us in original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact. (unless something was damaged during transit).

B)  The request has to be initiated within a maximum of 3 days of delivery.

We take due care to deliver the exact product you have orderd online at our Website. If the product delivered is different from what you have ordered, it will be replaced without any additional delivery cost. No Question asked. However following conditions must be fulfilled.

A) The product must be unused, unopened, and must reach us in original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact. (unless something was damaged during transit).

B)  The request has to be initiated within a maximum of 3 days of delivery.

We make small batches of our production to deliver the fresh and fully potent products to our customers and it is but impossible to deliver expired products to our customers. If by any reason the product of low repition become expired it is sent to expired section and are meant to destroy as soon as possible. Even if by error the staff have shipped the expired products it will be replaced without any additional delivery cost. No Question asked. However

A)  The request has to be initiated within a maximum of 3 days of delivery.

In case the cancellation is not done within stipulated time and the order is shipped at your location, you must recieve the order and than raise the request for return. Our logistic partner will collect the parcel and after recieving the parcel we shall start processing your request for refund. In this case the order amount will be refunded after deducting the shipment charges of both side. We process the refund within 2 – 5 business days after receiving the parcel. For payments done through credit/ debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made. In addition, you can keep this amount in your wallet, which can be used by you for your future purchases. However

Yes, a return can be created if you have ordered multiple products. You can initiate a return/ replacement/ refund for any individual product. However, any product being returned needs to be returned with its original packaging, seals, labels and barcodes intact as well as any complimentary gift or product which came along with it.

Follow these steps for raising online request for a return/exchange. 

A) Raise your request for a return/ replace via email (care@theherbshop.in) within a period of 3 days from the receiving the order.

B) Kindly attatch with email images of the product, clearly showing the batch number, the invoice, the seal and the product packing for our reference.

C) Provide us with your order ID and the reason to return/replace your order. 

D) We will pick up the products within a period 4 – 7 business days of receiving your request. Once we receive the products back, we will initiate the refund or replacement process.  

E) Upon approval, we will initiate: A replacement (where stock is available) or a full refund via the original payment method. 

In case of order is returned, we process the refund within 5 – 10 business days after receiving your refund request, for it takes 2 – 5 business days from the date of us receiving the products back. For payments done through credit/ debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made. In addition, you can keep this amount in your wallet, which can be used by you for your future purchases.
